Without the owners clear goals there can be no strategy.

Annually all companies owners and management teams should reflect on the companies future and current position. What are the internal Strengths and Weaknesses. What are external Opportunities and Threats. Using an established method I can lead and support the management team in settings goals and the structure for the detailed plans to meet the set goals.

A well thought through strategy should touch all parts of a company and their products from Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, HR, IT, Finance, Legal, BD and Marketing, Communications and Public affairs. A key to success is that each employee understands the strategy and sees its own part in executing it.

It is therefore an essential part of the strategic work is to secure that the strategy and its actions plans are communicated, discussed and understood by all the employees.
